Todd Adams

Senior Pastor Biography

Pastor Todd and his wife, Angela, were married in 1993. They have two grown sons, Michael (married to Raechel) and Nathan (married to Dawn).  Pastor Todd has been in full-time ministry for nearly 30 years. He began as an intern during his teen years, was hired on staff, then became an ordained pastor in 1995. He began his pastoral ministry by working as an Associate Pastor in England at a church for the U.S. Military.

The Adams family transitioned from England in 2007. He was offered a position on staff on the East Coast of Florida where he served until God called him to New Port Richey.  Todd Adams became the Senior Pastor of Faith Baptist Church in June of 2008.

Pastor Todd Adams’ style of preaching is purely expositional. He enjoys reading, studying, and learning what the Bible says and how to Biblically help encourage and teach others.  While Pastor Todd leads Faith Baptist Church as the Senior Pastor, he is actively involved in the Discipleship Ministry, mentoring men and leading a prayer team.  Pastor Todd is also a board member for Church Planting America.

Pastor Todd has a Graduate Degree in Theology, a BA in Ministry, and a MA in Pastoral Theology.  He has also taken extensive training in Biblical Counseling.  He has a heart for missions and spent many years doing an array of mission’s work in Eastern Europe. Pastor Todd has a passion for teaching and preaching God’s Word and a desire to reach people locally and globally.

Serving as the Senior Pastor at Faith is a joy as he sees people “Gathering, Giving, Growing and Going”, as Christ lives His victorious life through them. FBC desires to be a lighthouse in this community and to help spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ to a lost and needy world. Faith Baptist Church is a place to give ordinary people a place to belong so they can experience an extraordinary life in Christ. This is more than a feel-good slogan; it is our mission statement that Pastor Todd takes seriously as he leads God’s church in New Port Richey.
